Users acknowledge and agree that SPC Business Services, LLC (DBA Arrow Technology Solutions) does not review, verify, validate, audit, approve, or confirm any time entries, punches, schedules, edits, adjustments, calculations, or other records entered into or generated by the Software.

The Software records employee time punches based on information entered into the system. Time punches are recorded to the exact second. For reporting and calculation purposes, hours may be rounded up to the nearest one-hundredth (0.01) of an hour. For example, a calculated total of 8.5312 hours may be rounded up to 8.54 hours. Users acknowledge and agree that rounding may result in minor differences between displayed calculated values and exact elapsed time calculations.

The Software is intended as a timekeeping and recordkeeping tool. While the Software captures employee punches, time entries, and related data, the Software does not automatically calculate, deduct, validate, monitor, enforce, or guarantee compliance regarding meal periods, rest breaks, unpaid breaks, premium pay, or other wage-and-hour requirements unless expressly configured otherwise in writing. Employers are solely responsible for determining, tracking, calculating, deducting, and administering meal breaks, rest breaks, and any other compensable or non-compensable time in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

The Software may provide overtime calculation features intended to assist users with common overtime scenarios, including but not limited to hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours in a workday, forty (40) hours in a workweek, or other standard calculation methods configured within the Software. However, overtime laws and wage-and-hour requirements vary by jurisdiction, industry, employee classification, collective bargaining agreement, and other factors. Any overtime calculations generated by the Software are provided solely as a convenience to the user.

No Compliance Guarantee. SPC Business Services, LLC (DBA Arrow Technology Solutions) does not represent, warrant, certify, guarantee, or promise that the Software complies with, or assists users in complying with, any federal, state, provincial, local, municipal, international, industry-specific, union, or other employment, wage-and-hour, payroll, scheduling, meal period, rest period, overtime, recordkeeping, or labor law requirement. The Software is not legal, payroll, human resources, accounting, tax, or compliance software, and no output generated by the Software should be construed as legal, payroll, accounting, tax, human resources, or compliance advice.

At no time does SPC Business Services, LLC guarantee that any hours worked, overtime calculations, meal period calculations, premium pay calculations, payroll calculations, reports, alerts, settings, configurations, or other outputs generated by the Software are accurate, complete, compliant, or suitable for any particular purpose. Users and employers are solely responsible for independently reviewing and verifying all calculations and records prior to payroll processing, employee compensation, or any employment-related decision.

The Software may not support all jurisdiction-specific overtime requirements, premium pay requirements, meal and rest break requirements, prevailing wage rules, shift differential rules, union requirements, or other unique wage-and-hour obligations. Custom calculation rules, overtime formulas, and related configurations may be developed through a separate professional services engagement with SPC Business Services, LLC (DBA Arrow Technology Solutions) and may be subject to additional fees. The availability, implementation, purchase, or customization of any calculation rule, overtime formula, or compliance-related feature does not constitute a representation, warranty, certification, guarantee, or promise that the Software or its calculations comply with any applicable law, regulation, collective bargaining agreement, or legal requirement.

Employer Responsibility for Compliance. Employers are solely responsible for understanding, implementing, monitoring, and complying with all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, municipal, and international employment laws, wage-and-hour laws, payroll laws, overtime regulations, meal and rest break requirements, tax requirements, recordkeeping obligations, collective bargaining agreements, and any other legal obligations relating to employee compensation and timekeeping. Employers are solely responsible for remaining informed of changes in applicable laws and regulations and for ensuring that all calculations, records, payroll practices, and employee compensation are accurate and compliant.

The accuracy, completeness, legality, compliance, and appropriateness of all time entries, calculations, payroll information, reports, and related records remain the sole responsibility of the user and employer.
